HAPPINESS

HAPPINESS, IS PROBABLY NOT A WORD ON MR DAVID IAN JONES'S MIND TODAY, (he's that MP chappie that represents Clwyd West in Parliament).

Perhaps considering recent happenings in the town of Llandudno, Mr Jones should very seriously consider his position!

A request for The Chiltern Hundreds would seem to be the honourable thing to do.   Even this would not be sufficient recompense for the hurt and suffering that has been caused by his actions to a young local family.

Whilst Mr Jones was not the only person involved, one would have considered that his Profession as a Lawyer, and standing as an MP would have guided his actions in a different way.

This latest matter, coupled with past indiscretions, are full and satisfactory reasons for resignation to be justified.

RESIGN!

YOUR MP FOR CLWYD WEST

Just a short look at part of David Jones, MP for Clwyd West, a great pal of mine and with whom I have sat in many local Freemasons Lodges and even one in mid Wales!   However, this extract is just part of the story of this individual.
..................

Welsh Assembly

In 2002, Jones unexpectedly became a member of the Welsh Assembly for the North Wales electoral region, filling the seat vacated by the ex-Welsh Office minister Rod Richards who had resigned for health reasons.
Jones made it clear from the outset that he would not seek re-election to the Assembly and stepped down at the 2003 elections.

Parliament

At the 2005 general election, Jones was elected as MP for Clwyd West, defeating the sitting Labour Party MP Gareth Thomas by a majority of 133 votes. This was his third candidacy for the Conservative Party in general elections; he had previously contested Conwy at the 1997 election and finished second to Labour's Christine Russell in the City of Chester in at the 2001 general election.
His maiden speech to the House of Commons was on 23 May 2005, when he focused on the needs of his rural constituency and on crime. He also expressed concern aboutwind farms planned for his constituency (the proposed Gwynt y Mor wind farm would be one of the biggest wind farms in the United Kingdom).
He was a member of the Welsh Affairs Select Committee from 2005 to 2010, and on 7 November 2006 was appointed Shadow Minister for Wales. He also takes a keen interest in law and order issues and was a member of the Conservative Homeland Security team.
He was a member of the Cornerstone Group between 2005 and 2007, according to WalesOnline.
On 6 May 2010, Jones was re-elected as Member of Parliament for Clwyd West with a substantially increased majority of 6,419. He was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Wales Office on 13 May 2010.
A fluent Welsh language speaker, Jones also maintains an active blog. He has been known to give up his activity on social media for Lent.[2] His constituency office is based in Colwyn Bay.

Controversies

In 2013 it was reported that Jones took a chauffeur-driven Jaguar on a journey of about 100 metres.
During an interview on ITV Wales Face to Face programme, discussing the recent Parliamentary vote on the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill on 5 February, Jones said, "I was one of two cabinet ministers who did vote against it and it was for various reasons. Certainly in constituency terms, I felt that overwhelmingly the constituents of Clwyd West were opposed to the change. But also I regard marriage as an institution that has developed over many centuries, essentially for the provision of a warm and safe environment for the upbringing of children, which is clearly something that two same-sex partners can’t do. Which is not to say that I’m in any sense opposed to stable and committed same-sex partnerships". The gay rights organisation Stonewall, which in 2010 had given Jones a score of 14% in favour of lesbian, gay and bisexual equality, issued a statement expressing great sadness about his comments.
Former Welsh Secretary David Jones was linked to the poison pen style Blog, Thoughts of Oscar, this was revealed during a house of commons speech into alleged collusion with North Wales Police and the anonymous blog authorship on September 9th 2014.

Secretary of State for Wales

On 4 September 2012, Jones was promoted to Secretary of State for Wales, and he was in consequence appointed to the Privy Council on 10 September.
Jones stated his top priorities would be to promote economic growth and deliver major infrastructure projects including a new nuclear power station at the Wylfa site on Anglesey, upgrades to rail lines in North Wales and improvements to the M4 motorway and the A55, and exploiting the full economic potential of the Holyhead and Milford Haven Waterwayports.
Ongoing issues with the Welsh Government include a Supreme Court challenge by Her Majesty's Government to legislation passed in the Welsh Assembly about local government byelaws[19] and the Welsh government's objection to a Wales Office consultation on changing the boundaries of assembly constituencies.
Jones has described the Welsh Government's planning guideline Tan 8 as "an atrocity".

INVESTIGATORY POWERS BILL

The Draft Investigatory Powers Bill will, if Parliament gets it way, soon be upon us, inspecting, dissecting and pouring over everything we put onto almost any form of normal communication.

We can help you beat the system and keep your communications absolutely private and secret!

There are a number of options all of which are undetectable by the Governments proposed methods.

1) TRAIN YOUR OWN CARRIER PIGEONS.
2) LEARN JUNGLE DRUM CODE FOR SHORT DISTANCE TRANSMISSIONS.
3) TEACH YOUR DOG TO BE A POSTMAN, RATHER THAN CHASING ONE.
4) USE THE TIN CAN AND STRING "PHONE" FOR CONFIDENTIAL CHATS.
5) MAKE YOUR OWN ENIGMA CODING MACHINE, KITS AND CODES AVAILABLE.
6) BECOME A FREEMASON  -  BELIEVED TO BE THE MOST EFFECTIVE METHOD.
7) CREATE A BLOG THAT POLICE AND LAWYERS DENY ANY KNOWLEDGE OF.
8) USE LLANFAIRPWLLGWYNGYLLGOGERYCHWYRNDROBWLLLLANTYSILIO
    GOGOGOCH  AS YOUR PASSWORD.
9) TEACH YOUR PARROT OR BUDGIE TO SPEAK SHORT MESSAGES.
10) USE A FIRE AND AN OLD BLANKET TO MAKE SMOKE SIGNALS
11) DO NOT USE TELEPHONES, COMPUTERS OR ANY ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.

AND, IF YOU'RE LUCKY RAIDS ON YOUR HOME SHOULD BE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.
.

REMEMBER, REMEMBER

As usual on the Fifth, we will be attending an evening out and a slap up meal after which it will be at a big bonfire and firework display, culminating in the burning of the Guy, of Guy Fawkes fame.  This is the origins of the "celebration".

Guy Fawkes & the Gunpowder Plot
Words of "Remember Remember" refer to Guy Fawkes with origins in 17th century English history. On the 5th November 1605 Guy Fawkes was caught in the cellars of the Houses of Parliament with several dozen barrels of gunpowder. Guy Fawkes was subsequently tried as a traitor with his co-conspirators for plotting against the government. He was tried by Judge Popham who came to London specifically for the trial from his country manor Littlecote House in Hungerford, Gloucestershire. Fawkes was sentenced to death and the form of the execution was one of the most horrendous ever practised (hung, drawn and quartered) which reflected the serious nature of the crime of treason.

The Tradition begins...The following year in 1606 it became an annual custom for the King and Parliament to commission a sermon to commemorate the event. Lancelot Andrews delivered the first of many Gunpowder Plot Sermons. This practice, together with the nursery rhyme and quote, ensured that this crime would never be forgotten! Hence the words to the quote "Remember, remember the 5th of November"
The quote and poem is sometimes referred to as 'Please to remember the fifth of November'. It serves as a warning to each new generation that treason will never be forgotten. In England the 5th of November is still commemorated each year with fireworks and bonfires culminating with the burning of effigies of Guy Fawkes (the guy) and people chanting the quote of "Remember remember the 5th of November". The 'guys' are made by children by filling old clothes with crumpled newspapers to look like a man. Tradition allows British children to display their 'guys' to passers-by and asking for " A penny for the guy".

THE SHOP IS CLOSED.........BUT

.....IS THE MOUTH?

The infamous newsagents in Gloddaeth Street, Llandudno is now closed and many are hoping this will be the final curtain on Nigel Roberts and his  wife's nasty and vexatious Blogs on the Internet that have insulted and besmirched the character of many local people over past years.

The victims, for victims they are, of the Roberts' vile words will not close their minds to  the vitriol that was poured out by them and their sick minded followers.  The shop may be closed but it is certain that the filthy words this couple write will not cease.   Neither will the victims' battle for retribution.  And that day will come!

THE FUSE IS LIT

Recently a complaint was put to the NW Police by Nigel Roberts, David Jones MP, Dylan Moore, Solicitor and Ruby Williams regarding a comment on a Blog referring to the Blue Touch Paper, which apparently the aformentioned took as a threat to their lives.

The Police raided a family home, removed chattels and childrens toys, arrested the parents and locked them up for hours on end for having printed the words, which were not theirs, on a Blog.   No charges were made.

We now see from a copy of a posting made by Nigel Roberts that he himself uses the words "the fuse is lit" on his Thoughts of Oscar Blog.   Did Mr Roberts and his cronies just put their accusation forward after writing the offending words themselves?  It is certainly a possibility and a "hot" clue that NW Police have missed completely.

A very big apology and substantial damages look to be in order for this massive cock up.

THOUGHTS OF OSCAR

I have been posting a few comments on “The Thoughts of Oscar” blog, a blog run by an unknown (to some) Councillor over in Llandudno. Now “Oscar” himself is alright as are a lot of the posters on there but there are one or two that go under “Anonymous”. The fact they haven’t the balls to be open about their identity is bad enough but they whinge at me like temperamental schoolgirls.
The site itself is worth a visit, if only to laugh at the whingers with no names. Have a “butchers” and let me know what you think but don’t wind them up, they get a bit shirty!.

Perhaps the un-named Councillor is due an apology?

- NIGEL ROBERTS ARRESTED -

NIGEL ROBERTS ARRESTED?
Well nearly!

A RAIL passenger from East Anglia was threatened with arrest under anti-terror laws after he warned train staff dangerous over-crowding could cost lives.
Nigel Roberts was told he would be detained after he took photographs of luggage-crammed aisles and exits on a train “because it was illegal” and he faced prosecution.  An inspector demanded the company director’s personal details after he used his mobile phone to capture what he felt were chaotic conditions.  The internet expert from Manningtree was travelling from Southampton to London when he saw piled-up suitcases, bags and backpacks.
The 41-year-old said: “The train was full of passengers who had got off cruise liners and aircraft at Southampton who obviously all had luggage.  “But it was a disaster waiting to happen. Conditions on the train were unsafe and in an emergency people would not have been able to get out.”  Mr Roberts told an inspector he would complain to the Office of Rail Regulation because he believed conditions on the train were unsafe.  But when he mentioned the photos, the inspector said it was illegal under the Terrorism Act and warned he could be arrested and then demanded Mr Roberts’s name and address.  “He said there were police officers on the train and I may be arrested for taking the photographs.  “He said he had powers given to him under the Railways Act to ask me for the information and it was an even more serious offence for me not to comply. I felt as if I was in a police state.  “He told me he would make a note of our conversation so that they could be used in the event of a prosecution. He was pleasant enough but it was a frightening and chilling experience for me.”
Mr Roberts, who works in the Channel Islands and was on his way home, is referring the safety issue to the Office of Rail Regulation and also taking legal advice about the threatened arrest for collecting evidence.
A spokeswoman for South West Trains said: “Staff are aware they need to be particularly attentive to unusual photos being taken or suspicious behaviour and to challenge this if necessary.  “However, this was clearly not an issue in this case and we will ensure our staff are re-briefed to avoid any misunderstanding in the future. We are sorry for any upset and anxiety caused to Mr Roberts.  “We need to strike a balance between seating, room for luggage as well as providing toilets and we do as much as we can to provide luggage room within the constraints of available space.  “But we understand there can be pressure on space at busy times and we ask for the co-operation of our customers in not compromising safety by blocking the aisles with luggage.”

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Any sensible person would realise how stupid the Inspector on the train was behaving.   It is others, such as the Nigel Roberts of ThoughtsOfOscar fame, who needs arresting for all the hurt and anguish he has caused many citizens living in the greater Llandudno area.  His relentless pusuit of these people over a period of 7+ years with his vile, homophobic and hateful comments, that needs punishing.
Where are you, North Wales Police?  Use the powers you have and get him charged and tried by Judge and Jury, in front of his peers, and give his victims the satisfaction they deserve.
Surely Seven years of hateful Internet trolling is worthy of more consideration than photgraphing a bit of luggage?
